Brief History Of The Organization

Society Development Agency (SDA) is a well-known regional, progressive coastal based and District LEAD non-governmental organization established in 1996, working with the poor and marginalized people for their empowerment through improving their situation by creating access to quality life. The organization always puts its all-out efforts to address the emerging needs of the working communities pushed by a changing global context and collaborates with various local, national and international NGOs, CSOs, and government departments in realizing their common goal of poverty eradication and social development. SDA is committed to participate in and promote national development through upgrading the socio economic condition and promoting and protecting the rights of the disadvantaged, deprived backward and poor communities of the society.
